Our client is a subsidiary of one of the world’s most powerful, respected, and influential technology companies in the world. A powerful internal engine, this diverse team delivers innovative sales solutions, reliable data, and actionable insights that create great customer experience.

THE CHALLENGE

We were asked to produce training that quickly enabled a sales force to efficiently and effectively use the tools provided to them. In collaboration with internal teams, we’d be designing a range of learning programs—long and short-form eLearning, Watch It/Try It modules, and ILT/vILT content. The focus would be on real-time, teach-in-the-moment learning for an impressive 14,000 field sales staff. All of this needed to happen without disruption to the day-to-day workings of the internal sales and learning teams.

OUR PROCESS

In a busy environment with a myriad of moving parts, we worked seamlessly alongside the client to help them analyze, understand, and define their learner strategies. Clearpath retooled pre-established methods and used outside perspectives to design a wide swath of coursework. Most importantly, we developed, delivered, and integrated everything without interruption to this fast-paced production engine.
