Over 24,000 employees of this global medical device company are reimagining the way orthodontic and restorative treatment is presented and delivered. Worldwide, they’ve helped over 15 million patients to date, moving their industry forward while creating better futures for those they serve.

THE CHALLENGE

An industry partner called upon us to craft what would soon become an award-winning sales methodology for the client’s vast and geographically-wide sales force. Many and varied processes were already in use by mid-level sales management right on through to senior leadership. Our job was to identify the most beneficial of these practices and distill them into one succinct framework. This highly specialized, consistent coursework would be delivered across the Americas.

OUR PROCESS

Clearpath works both for and with, our clients. We brought company groups together to dig in as a collective. Design Thinking methods encouraged and inspired participants to begin considering tasks and objectives in new and different ways. We formed teams to inspire the camaraderie that comes with group challenge and prompted investigative work through constructive competition and friendly feedback with a healthy dose of laughter along the way. Together, we honed in on what worked, and why, then set out to create coursework to present these ‘best of the best’ practices clearly across the organization.

THE SUCCESS

We strengthened the team as we built its effective, engaging, one-of-a-kind sales methodology program. All involved in the process claim a degree of ownership in this extraordinary effort. Our industry partner for whom we produced the work went on to receive the 2022 Brandon Hall Award for Excellence in Sales Performance. We are thrilled and quite proud to have been part of this exciting outcome.
